- Weed Harvesting - operated through West Milford and the Village of Greenwood Lake New York for six to eight weeks each summer season
- Lake Drawdown - for weed control and property maintenance every four years
- Stump Reduction - reduction of submerged tree stumps for boating safety and removal of floating stump fields
- Weed Control - operating weed harvesters to remove nuisance aquatic vegetation.
- Invasive Species Program - washing boats and gear prevents the spread of invasive species that can disrupt the lake ecosystem. Volunteers removing water chestnuts and fan worts.

- Reduced over 3,000 stumps ranging in size from 1-3 feet in diameter and up to 3 feet in height (effectively creating an additional water depth of up to 3 feet) during the first removal phase
